What is the Gospel?
The word “gospel” means “good news.” So what is the good news of Christianity? According to 1 Corinthians 15:1-11, it's that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, that Christ was buried, and that Christ rose from the dead the third day and was seen by a multitude of people.

COLLEGE STUDENTS
FOR THE
LOCAL CHURCH
TO MAKE
JESUS AND HIS GOSPEL
KNOWN
College Street Ministry

Our desire is to prepare college students to be sent to all parts of the state, country, and world with the same love Christ has for His church. We desire to teach students sound theology and doctrine through the teaching and preaching of God's Word. We challlenge them to obey through discipleship, prepare them to minister through experience, and find a greater love for the Gospel day by day. Our hope is that college students will be active in this framework and desire to seek to pursue the Great Commission through a multi-generational church.
OUR PURPOSE

COLLEGE WORSHIP NIGHTS
During the fall and spring semesters, college students meet together to worship God and study His Word on Wednesday nights bi-weekly at 7:30 PM in the Sanctuary. After worship, we gather for coffee, snacks, and random events in our gym.

COMMUNITY GROUPS
Let's do life together! Community Groups are smaller gatherings designed for individuals to grow in their relationship with Christ by studying the Word
together and applying it rightly.

DISCIPLESHIP
Go even deeper than community groups! We strongly encourage intentional discipleship. This is not another Bible study or class, but life-on-life training with a fellow believer to help each other imitate Christ and reproduce other obedient followers.

SUMMER BIBLE STUDY
During the months of June and July college students are welcome to attend college pastor Grant and Birdie Norris's home for summer community group! College students meet every Monday night at 7 pm for dinner and Bible study. If you are interested in joining, call the church office for more information.

SUNDAY SCHOOL
On Sunday Mornings at 9:15AM, college students are welcome to attend the Sunday School class in the Fellowship Hall. It is a class combined of college students, singles, and young adults.
