Hey FBC Troy Family,
I hope you had a wonderful Easter Sunday spending time with your family and celebrating Jesus's resurrection and worshiping Him! We continue to press on during this period of separation in worshiping together, giving, praying for one another, and finding ways to stay connected and minister to one another as appropriate. Of course, it will be that much sweeter when are able to get back together. Hopefully soon!
I'll be continuing this Sunday with the series of messages for the month of April. The first Sunday we considered "The Atonement" of Christ, and this past Sunday of course we took a look at "The Resurrection" of Christ. The next two Sundays, building on the foundation of the previous two, we will look at "The Great Commission" of making disciples and "The Great Commandments" to love God and love others, which are the essence of being a disciple of Christ.
May the Lord bless us this week in our personal time with Him, in our efforts to stay connected to one another in spiritually edifying ways, and that He protect us from the coronavirus and bring an end to it very soon!
